What Does WIC Provide?

• Food coupons to take to grocery store to receive milk, eggs, juice, cereal, peanut butter or beans, whole grains, fruits & vegetables, baby foods and infant formula.
• Nutrition education and counseling. 
• Referrals to other health/community programs.
• Breastfeeding education and support.
• Farmers Market Coupons (July through October)
• Immunization screening & referral.
• Breast pumps to qualifying mothers.

Who Is Eligible?

• Must live in county where services requested.
• Must meet Income Guidelines or call for information.
• Must be a pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum woman who has a baby less than 6 months old.
• Infants and children up to five years old.  
• Must meet certain nutritional or health risks.
