DIRECTIONS TO COMPLETE THE COUNTY APPLICATION FORM

 

1.     Please send all the requested information and print or type clearly.

 

2.     You must submit an individual application for each position.

 

3.     Please indicate the title of the position for which you are applying.

 

4.     Do not use “See Resume” on any part of the application.  You must write or type in all requested information.  (You may, however, insert a copy of your resume).

 

5.     All applicants must complete the driver license section and indicate the issuing state, license number and expiration date, as well as initial the block at the bottom of that page.

 

6.     Please send the completed application/cover letter to the appropriate individual or department, as listed in the posting.

 

7.     All application materials must be received by the deadline date.  You may send your application by facsimile to 330.298.4225, and send the original (hard copy) in the mail.

 

8.     You must demonstrate on the application how you meet the minimum qualifications for the position.  There is a section on the last page where you can describe additional experience/ training, etc, if necessary.

 

9.     Don’t forget to sign and date the application.

 

10. You may be refused employment consideration if the application is not filled out completely and accurately.
